“Wake up! It’s the first of the month!”

How you can take advantage of the New Moon’s energy!

A new cycle has begun! We enter this new month of November on a Monday with the New Moon in Scorpio just a few days away. Now that’s a whole lotta NEW energy, do you feel it?

This week we should focus on setting fresh goals for the month ahead. Write out a goal for each week of November or a total of five goals. They could be small goals, such as making your bed each rising and breaking fast with healthy foods. Even money goals like having a specific amount in your savings by the end of the month. Let’s go deeper than just quickly jotting down what we want to achieve in November, let’s make a detailed plan of action! For each goal you set, create three action steps you are going to take to ensure that you are doing the physical work while spirit handles what we can’t.

For example, one of my goals for this month is to sell at least three crystals in my online shop. What will I do each day to work toward that? I want to go about this in ways I’ve never tried that expand my creative energy and push me to go outside of my comfort zone.

  1. I will make short 3 to 5 minute videos explaining the healing properties and benefits of the crystals I’m offering & share those on my social medias.

  2. I will reach out to new followers & website visitors to inform them on the crystals I have in shop.

  3. I will repeat a daily affirmation that holds the intention of authentically attracting clientele that are in need of the healing & uplifting energies that my crystals offer.

This exercise will require you to remain positive about your goals. You can even take it to the next level and visualize yourself taking your necessary action steps! The intention you put in often determines your outcomes. Remember, you are allowed to change your mind, so if you find you want to tweak or enhance your goals and action steps go right ahead! This is your reality that you’re creating, take full control and leave the “when’s” “how’s” and “what if‘s” up to Spirit.

Consider using the energy of the New Moon on November 4th and 5th to do some spiritual and physical housekeeping! When we invite new goals, opportunities and creative ventures into our lives, it’s important to get rid of the things that “No longer serve us.” Start by clearing your space (bedrooms, home, work area), get rid of all the water bottles that have piled up, empty your wastebasket, and do your laundry! Light your favorite candles, incense, and herbs and play some chill tunes.

Meditate or reflect on any habits, reoccurring thoughts, feelings, people or situations that feel out of alignment with this months goals and ultimately where you want to see yourself. A fun exercise that I like to do during a New Moon is writing a list of the things that I’d like to leave my life’s energy field and then BURN THE LIST! *evil laugh* This serves as a reminder that we have let go of what we no longer need in order to move forward.

So, here’s to ANOTHER fresh start, yes we can start over however many times we need to! Here’s to us fully taking charge of what we want to see happen in our lives. Be about your change and spread the knowledge as the journey to your best self continues.

Peace ❤️
